Lodge Run Apartments is a housing development managed by Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). It is conveniently located in the center of town. Pets are permitted with restrictions. Landlord's representative must meet and approve each pet/animal as a condition of approval for Resident to have the pet/animal in the Community, with the exception of animals specifically trained to assist the disabled and active duty canine police officers residing with an active duty law enforcement officer. A $300 pet deposit is required, payable in installments of $50 initially and $10 every month thereafter until paid in full. Security deposit is required which is equal to the Total Tenant Payment. Rent is due by the first of the month.
