Lodge Run Apartments is a housing development managed by Apartment Investment and Management Company (AIMCO). It is conveniently located in the center of town. It has a spacious patio deck located at the entrance of the building. All apartments are one bedroom units. Our applicants must meet the following guidelines: 62+ years of age or have a handicapped/disabled status. The second criterion is the income guideline, which at this time is set at the very low income status. We have rental assistance for those who qualify.

Pets are permitted with restrictions. Landlord's representative must meet and approve each pet/animal as a condition of approval for Resident to have the pet/animal in the Community, with the exception of animals specifically trained to assist the disabled and active duty canine police officers residing with an active duty law enforcement officer. A $300 pet deposit is required, payable in installments of $50 initially and $10 every month thereafter until paid in full. Security deposit is required which is equal to the Total Tenant Payment. Rent is due by the first of the month.
