On three acres, our forty-nine, one-bedroom apartments were designed to be comfortable and safe for seniors and include gated parking and assigned spaces. Our three story building has an elevator. Lush landscaping, trees, and a spectacular rose garden are all located on a quiet residential street that is neatly tucked away only one block off Date Palm drive. We also have an on-site maintenance man and a full-time gardener. It's a short walk to all shopping, the library and post office, and pollution-free bus service. Add quaint restaurants, a gym nearby, a full range of medical services and hospitals, colleges, volunteer opportunities, as well as many community and cultural events and museums; we’ve got it all!
