To apply for an apartment you will need a picture I.D. for all adults, Social Security cards for all household members, Birth Certificate for all children under 18 years of age, $65.00 non-refundable application fee for 1st applicant / 18 yrs and over - $40.00 non refundable application fee for each additional applicant. $150.00 Holding Fee / non-refundable after 72 hours if applicant fails to enter the lease after approval of application.
Each apartment has occupancy limits, minimum and maximum income requirements, depending on the size of the apartment and the community chosen.
All applicants will be subject to a credit check, criminal background check, rental history verification, and employment verification. Applicants may be denied based on unfavorable findings in: Credit History, Residential History, Income Eligibility, and Criminal History.
