| Bellmead Apartments once again was involved in many renovation projects that place it at the forefront of affordable senior housing. Kitchen renovations were begun and twenty-one apartment units were completed along with our Community room, The Wellness Center, and kitchen. Three Neighborhood Network centers are now available for the Residents to use and provide them access to computers and the internet. Bellmead received national recognition from NAHMA (National Affordable Housing Management Association) as a Community of Quality for outstanding management.
