Heron Lake consists of two phases, Phase I and Phase II. Phase I consists of 88 units in buildings A-K and Phase II consists of 64 units in buildings M-T. All buildings consist of eight units, four on the ground floor and four on the top floor. We offer a pool, exercise facility, laundry facility, computer lab, playground/recreational area and two volley ball courts. All units in Phase I come with full size washer and dryer connections and all units in Phase II have a washer and dryer in the unit, along with patios for every apartment. We have an excellent office staff and maintenance staff that keep the property very well maintained with excellent curb appeal.

Our lease term is only for twelve months and we do not allow pets. Our security deposit is $200.00 and is paid once an applicant is approved by our compliance department. The application fee is currently $13.00 per applicant but is subject to change. We also do not allow grills of any kind on the property and all rules are strictly enforced.
