Gorman & Company, in partnership with the Milwaukee Urban League, redeveloped a historic college and late home of the Milwaukee Urban League into senior apartment homes in the Metcalfe Park Neighborhood. The Dr. Wesley L. Scott Senior Living couples historic renovation with new construction to provide an amenity-rich community that provides 80 senior apartments of which 74 target households below 60 percent of area median income. Dr. Wesley L.
